Description

StarBlend Cake Makeup is a highly pigmented pressed powder that can be used dry or wet. Lasts longer than conventional cake makeup. Due to its high pigmentation, use sparingly at first.

 

Superior alternative to the old Max Factor discontinued pancake makeup.Â

If you used:

Max Factor Natural No. 1 – try Mehron StarBlend in TV2 (Ivory Bisque),

Max Factor Natural No. 2 – try Mehron StarBlend in 22 (Light Buff).

 

For a more natural, transluscent look:

  • First apply Velvet Finish Primer and allow to dry,
  • Load up the StarBlend powder onto a Kabuki Brush,
  • Using a circular motion, work the StarBlend powder into the skin.

This gives great coverage and a matte finish. Suitable for dry and oily skins.

Simple one-step process, (easier than the 2-step process of cream + powder).

 

For a heavier coverage, that may come out slightly darker:

  • Wet a Sea Sponge, (squeeze out the excess),
  • Work the sponge into the powder, until you get a creamy consistancy,
  • Wipe and dab onto the skin, until coverage is achieved,
  • (Optional) Once dry (up to 5 minutes), gently wipe skin with a dry cloth to blend.

 

Remove with Bared Makeup Remover and Cleanser.

 

StarBlendÂis fade-resistant, perspiration-resistant and non-streaking to withstand the utmost in extreme performance and weather conditions.Â

 

For Highlighting/Contouring, use a shade lighter or darker respectively.

 

Colours mix well by blending on the skin or by shaving dust from the container and mixing on a clean surface. StarBlend lasts longer than conventional cake makeup and can be sealed with our Barrier Spray to make it sweat resistant.

Remove with soap and water, or a cleanser.
